                 A Diamond in the Ruff is a full service Doggie Day Care and Day Spa owned and operated by Dawn Giovannucci. For years Dawn
                 hated leaving Foxie her best friend, at home and going off to work everyday. She had longed for a meaningful career with animals,
                 but didn't know where to start. So she left corporate America and signed up at Pedigree Career Institute where she graduated top
                 in her class with many Awards!! The rest, they say, is history... 
                 <p>
                 Anything can happen - that's what owner Dawn Giovannucci has always said! Especially in the dog world! We are ready for anything!
                 We don't overbook in the day spa or day care areas so that your pup gets all the attention it needs! 
                 <p>
                 We set our standards high and understand that your pets are a part of your family and they deserve a little pampering. We assure
                 you that your pet will receive loving care and the highest quality treatment by professionals who are reputable and committed to
                 meeting your high standards as well. Stop by for a cup of coffee meet our staff and tour our state-of-the-art Day Spa and
                 Day Care facility. You'll be happy you did!

                 We offer day care passes that fit everyone's needs and groom all breeds of dogs. We also offer a host of luxurious spa
                 packages for the very pampered pooch! We publish a quarterly newsletter (written by our staff) that furnishes our clientele
                 with helpful hints, and valuable pet care information. 
                 <p>
                 Dawn has carefully hand picked her <a class="inline" href="./staff.asp">staff</a>. Dawn is a Certified Dog Groomer and has been
                 grooming since 1993! Dawn and her trained professionals attend several continuing educational seminars and workshops to always
                 keep on top of new trends and assure you the most up to date and humane techniques are being used.
                 <p>
                 This is Dawn’s 2nd pet grooming business. Dawn started The Pampered Pooch Grooming Salon in Belmont, MA in 1994, which she
                 owned and operated herself until she sold it in 2003 to manage a grooming salon closer to home. 
                 <P>

                 We encourage pet adoptions by hosting adoption days at our store and donating to rescues and shelters whenever possible.
                 We also offer discounts to anyone who has recently adopted a dog (show us your adoption papers within the first 2 months
